The 5th international biopharmaceutical industry development Innovation Forum and 2012 international biopharmaceutical R & D innovation New Asia Summit was solemnly held on April 12-13, 2012 in Shanghai, China. The current session was sponsored by the Sino-Eu Chemical Manufacturers Association Biomedical Committee (SEBMC) and was support by Biological Valley, China Biological Equipment network, Hui Cong Pharmaceutical Industry Network, Cloves Park and other famous biological media in China.
More than 300 representatives of pharmaceutical companies and the world's leading drug and medical scientists were invited to participate this meeting, including vice president of Pfizer Corporation Asia-Pacific research and development PhD Richard D.Connell, Senior Vice President of Eli Lilly and Company PhD Jacques Tapiero, Vice President of Novartis Pharmacy and drug metabolism PhD Francis Tse, Senior Vice President of Merck global preclinical research and development PhD Richard Tillyer and Dr. Chris Mann from Molecular Devices, etc.
The forum mainly concerned about development and clinical innovation of new anti-major diseases drug, including anti-euplastic agents, cardiovascular drugs, anti-diabetic drugs, anti-infective, and neurodegenerative drug.
Under the transformation of the global drug R & D, the forum explored the internationalization of innovative drug development and also aimed to seek a new win-win mode of new drug development. The forum was the top event of the international bio-pharmaceutical industry.
Dongle Naturegene Life Sciences, Inc. was invited to participate in the forum and set up a booth to demonstrate advanced equipments in electrophysiology and ethnology, including the injection pump ventilator and anesthetics. More than 300 representatives of pharmaceutical companies and the world's leading drug and medical scientists in the field of Biopharmaceutical research and development of new drugs, innovative drug R & D outsourcing, pharmaceutical clinical research and medical transforming come from the United States, Europe, China and Asia joined the demonstration.
During the forum many CRO outsourcing company came to our booth, and communicated meticulously with our staff. Especially materials on automated patch clamp device were distributed to an empty. Many drug development companies have expressed strong interest in the details of the experiments of the 48-channel device. Several domestic customers of automated patch clamp reported in the meeting as guest speakers. During the meeting, Chief Southeast Asia Representative of the Sweden 100 Olin Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Miss Chen Junyan and Vice Secretary of Sino-Europe biomedicine Committee Miss Zhou Yujun came to our booth respectively, they both affirmed the aim of our company to focus on the service for scientific research in the past few years.
